Learn the steps, feel the rhythm or just sit back and enjoy some of the best Latin and Afro-Caribbean music and dance in the Midwest. The Chicago International Salsa Congress (CISC) produced by Rosita Ragin and Old Town School's very own mambo/chachacha instructor, Saladeen Alamin, presents a sizzling appetizer for the 13th annual Congress held on February 13-16 at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. This year's event features several stellar local dance troupes accompanied by the sounds of the Congress's signature DJs.
