He began his career with the legendary Siegel-Schwall Band that toured the major rock palaces and clubs of the '60s and '70s and has gone on to perform with blues greats Little Water, Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf, as well as the San Francisco Symphony and Chicago's own Grant Park Orchestra. "The first thing that will grab your attention is the contrasts: a blues musician, a classical string quartet, and a jazz percussionist with an East Indian tabla, all performing together. This great cross-cultural event is only a side effect to what Chamber Blues offers." - Corky Siegel SONS has been creating original "turbo-charged folk music" for more than 19 years to a cult-like international following. With their outrageous approach to 3-part harmony on top of original, witty, whimsical songs, Sons' style has turned familiar musical traditions inside out! In performance this trio's energy can power up an entire town, and in this day and age of global warming, we all could use some wattage like the Sons of the Never Wrong. "Their lyrics often have the narrative complexity of Leonard Cohen or the nimble wit of Noël Coward. Mention should also be made of the stream of instruments that flowed through the Sons' inexhaustibly dextrous hands during the night, and also of the gorgeous 3-part harmony that has become their vocal signature." - Huffington Post
